Machine Features:

2. Suitable for producing PET containers with a bottle mouth diameter of Φ20mm ~ Φ38mm, diameter of Φ68mm, and height <250mm.
3. This equipment adopts a fully enclosed design. The blown bottles are transported to the bottle warehouse via a robotic arm and conveyor belt, reducing intermediate links. Throughout the production process, there is no need for manual contact with the bottles, ensuring that the bottles remain uncontaminated and meet national hygiene standards.
4. Operated via a human-machine interface with multiple parameter settings, making operation simple and efficient. Manual operation is also possible. A programmable logic controller (PLC) is connected to the machine via a specific communication cable. Users can manage all machine movements through the PLC. In the event of a malfunction, the PLC provides warning signals and a fault diagnosis report, allowing operators to quickly identify and resolve the issue.
